Food Therapy 3: Group Session
A week later, Lily found herself back in the waiting room. This week she was scheduled for a group session with three other girls her age. She was pretty anxious; being a glutton around Dr. Hilton was one thing, but doing it with her peers was another thing entirely. “Hey, Lily!” Dr. Hilton called, beckoning Lily into the hall. Lily nervously got up and followed Dr. Hilton. “So Lily, today is your group session,” Dr. Hilton happily said, leading Lily further down the hallway than normal. “Don’t worry at all, there’s no pressure in here. Just so you know, most patients like to stay naked their entire session. You can do whatever you’d like. Also, the girls here are a little more experienced than you, so don’t feel like you have to keep up or overdo it. And like I said last week, we offer any services you’d like here at the Culinary Clinic, so things might go differently later on.
